Teaching team work, fostering team work, inspiring team work: all are critical needs in any organization. That includes building trust, promoting cooperation, encouraging friendship and caring.

And central to this effort is also the cultivation of individual wellness, physiologically and emotionally, especially through regular engagement in vigorous physical activity.

With these demands in mind, QUIKbyke OMAHA offers public and private organizations in the Greater Omaha area Corporate Team Rides. These hour-long morning and lunch time rides depart from Quikbyke's solar-powered Qiosk at 10th and Dodge from May through September, making use of nearby dedicated cycling trails along both sides of the Missouri River. We also explore the hidden gems of Omaha's downtown district, even range as far south as Lauritzen Gardens, if desired.

Designed for a maximum of six riders, these 6-10 mile rides have two goals: to be intellectually stimulating as well as comfortably demanding physically [See UNO-sponsored 2015 study entitled Physiological demands of riding an electric-assist bicycle].

Rain didn't stop these four intrepid women from their Quikbyke ride.
